Our primary objective at this stage is to familiarize ourselves with you and your requirements, ensuring we pair you with the most suitable Arborist for your specific project.

Arborist Visit

The following step involves arranging a visit with the certified arborist allocated to your project. During this appointment, they will thoroughly assess your property and understand your specific requirements. This visit usually lasts between 30 to 45 minutes. It’s an excellent opportunity to delve into (yes, pun intended) your ideas and acquaint yourself with your designated arborist. Make the most of this time by asking plenty of questions. The aim is to establish a rapport with your arborist, who will be your collaborator throughout the project. Project Work Day

Post-Project Invoicing and Follow-Up

After finishing the project, we will send you an invoice via email. The specifics of post-project cleanup vary depending on the project’s nature and extent. For instance, in cases of tree removal, a different crew will arrive to collect the wood, typically within a day or two.
